The Label
Clarendon Records is the independent Jamaican dancehall and reggae label founded in early 2025 by artist, producer, writer and actor E-Dee (Everton Dennis), born in Toll Gate, Clarendon.
Named for his home parish, the label was built for full creative control and master ownership. It releases authentic dancehall and reggae that mix party energy with real messages—loyalty, resilience, love, and island pride—while connecting Jamaica to the world.
Since launch, Clarendon Records has dropped a steady stream of singles, the Riddim LA Champ, Grateful EP, and E-Dee’s fourth album Young Legend (July 2026), which reached No. 9 on the iTunes Reggae albums chart. Key collaborators include Grammy-winning producer Qmillion, Jahsee, Ginjah, Irie Love, and others.
Toll Gate Riddim is the label’s second major multi-artist compilation. Named after the community, the project features Ginjah, Honorebel, Rayvon, E-Dee, Nature Ellis, AJ Brown, Irie Love, Jahsee, and Zion Albert over one hard-hitting Reggae riddim. The cover’s smoke, Rasta colors, and Jamaican toll plaza capture the sound: high-energy, roots-connected, and ready for the road.
Clarendon Records stands for independent artistry, consistent drops, and music that represents Jamaica and Hollywood — on a global stage.
